Method 1
Click Start the Start button search for the run click on run and then you have to type Gpedit.msc in the run box which will be open , and then press ENTER.User Account Control permission
If you are request for an administrator password or for verification, type the password, or click Allow.
Beneath Computer Configuration, enlarge Administrative Templates, enlarge System, and then click Auto play .
In the Details pane, double-click Turn off Auto play.
Hit it off Enabled, and then select All drives in the Turn off Auto play box to disable Auto run on all drives.
Restart the computer.

To disable or enable Auto run automatically, click the suitable Fix this problem link. After that, click Run in the File Download dialog box and go after the steps in this wizard.
