doing it with each breath you obtain, for between 5 and 10 minutes.

Sit up straight in a relaxed position.
Make
bigger your arm out to arm's length while custody your thumb in a
"hitch-hiking" location. Focus on your thumb while it is at arm's
length.
Convey your thumb closer to your eyes while trying to continue focus.
Move your thumb back to arms length. Replicate this exercise for five minutes.
Palming
This is a very successful method to reset the
vision when your eye has become tired and vision has become distorted.
Rub both your palms together for 3 to 4 minutes,
till you feel the warmness. Once warm, position them on your eyes in a cup bent
position, such that your fingers are sleeping on the forehead. Go on your eyes stable

few times.

Imagine a clock face in front of you. Now shift
