In this tutorial you will be guided how you can get rid of unwanted files, as temp files, downloaded programs from program files, recycle bin, and so on. You can use Disk Cleanup selection to do this, as follows:
Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
The system will first calculate how much space can be freed up this way. In the Disk Cleanup window (refer figure) that come into view
Select the files in that need to be removed under the Files to delete list.
For removing ‘System Restore‘ and ‘Shadow copy‘ files, click "Clean up system files" and then on "More Options" tab
Finally click OK. You’ll be encouraged again prior to the deletion. Press Yes.
